At Project Torque, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance apparel. If your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with tags attached and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
